Consent to the Processing of Personal Data When Submitting a Request¶

By submitting a request, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the Operator — Limited Liability Company "MIRRO" (OGRN 1146320016622, TIN (INN) 6321357959, address: 445043, Samara Region, Tolyatti, Yuzhnoye Shosse, building 163a, floor 3, room 30) — my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

List of personal data: name, phone number, name of the venue or company and its number of locations, the chosen plan, the website page and button from which the request was sent, the address of the page from which I came to the website, referral tags (UTM tags), website language, date and time of the request.

Purposes of processing: handling the request and contacting me about it; demonstrating the Tellem product, choosing a plan, preparing and running a pilot; preparing and concluding a contract for the use of Tellem; tracking request sources. Advertising mailings are sent only with separate prior consent.

Processing operations and methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, depersonalization — with or without the use of automation tools.

Transfer to third parties: personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary for the purposes above, to the hosting provider, Telegram and email services — to notify the Operator's authorized employees of a new request. Telegram is located outside the Russian Federation. The list of recipients and the terms of transfer are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Term of consent: until the purposes of processing are achieved — handling the request and one year after the last contact about it — or until consent is withdrawn. If a contract is concluded following the request, further processing is based on the contract.

Withdrawal of consent: consent may be withdrawn at any time by email to tellem.service@yandex.ru or by a written application to the Operator's address specified above. Withdrawal does not stop processing for which there is another legal basis.
