Consent to the Processing of Personal Data¶

This is an English translation of the Russian document. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

Operators.

• The Seller — the organization or individual entrepreneur that owns the shop on the Tellem platform where I sign in or place an order. The Seller is the operator of the data relating to orders, delivery, the loyalty program, mailings and other features of the shop. The Seller specifies its name, address and documents in the shop profile.
• Limited Liability Company "MIRRO" (OGRN 1146320016622, TIN (INN) 6321357959, address: 445043, Samara Region, Tolyatti, Yuzhnoye Shosse, building 163a, floor 3, room 30) — the owner of the Tellem platform. It processes the specified data on behalf of the Seller (under the Seller's instruction), and acts as an operator to ensure the security of the platform and provide technical support.

List of personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, data of the account and linked accounts (Telegram, Google, Yandex, VK), order and loyalty program data, information about views of products and categories, technical data (including information stored using cookies and similar technologies — browser local storage, device identifier, IP address, referral tags).

Purposes of processing: registration and identification of the user; provision of the service, placing and fulfilment of orders, including payment and delivery; the loyalty program; communication with the user, including service messages and the shop's informational mailings; the Seller's analytics by referral source and product views; ensuring security; compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Mailings. The shop's informational mailings are not advertising and are sent by default; it is possible to opt out of them in the shop profile at any time. Advertising mailings are sent only with separate prior consent.

Processing operations and methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, depersonalization — with or without the use of automation tools.

Transfer to third parties: personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary for the chosen feature, to the hosting provider, payment services, delivery services, the Seller's accounting systems and integrations, the address suggestion service, email services, Telegram, browser push services and the AI provider chosen by the Seller. Some of these recipients are located outside the Russian Federation. The list of recipients and the terms of transfer are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Term of consent: until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn.

Withdrawal of consent: consent may be withdrawn at any time by email to tellem.service@yandex.ru, by a written application to the address of LLC "MIRRO" specified above, or by contacting the Seller. Withdrawal does not stop processing for which there is another legal basis.
