Consent of a Tellem Personal Account User to the Processing of Personal Data¶

I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the Operator — Limited Liability Company "MIRRO" (OGRN 1146320016622, TIN (INN) 6321357959, address: 445043, Samara Region, Tolyatti, Yuzhnoye Shosse, building 163a, floor 3, room 30) — my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

List of personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, data of the account and linked accounts (Telegram, Google, Yandex, VK ID), information about connected shops, subscriptions and payments for the use of Tellem, active session data, technical data (including information stored using cookies and similar technologies, device identifier, IP address).

Purposes of processing: registration and identification of the user; provision of the personal account and Tellem services, conclusion and performance of a contract, including connecting a shop and paying for a subscription; communication with the user, including service messages; technical support; ensuring security; compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Advertising mailings are sent only with separate prior consent.

Processing operations and methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, depersonalization — with or without the use of automation tools.

Transfer to third parties: personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary to provide the service, to the hosting provider, the payment service (T-Bank) — to pay for the subscription, Telegram — to sign in, link the account and confirm the phone number, sign-in services (Google, Yandex, VK ID) — when the user chooses to sign in with them, and email services — for emails with codes and notifications. Telegram and Google are located outside the Russian Federation. The list of recipients and the terms of transfer are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Term of consent: until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn.

Withdrawal of consent: consent may be withdrawn at any time by email to tellem.service@yandex.ru or by a written application to the Operator's address specified above. Withdrawal does not stop processing for which there is another legal basis.
